Forging the Future: The Intersection of Health, AI & Tech was hosted by the University of Pittsburgh, in partnership with Carnegie Mellon University, bringing together leaders from industry, government, business, and academia working at the intersection of AI policy, technology translation, and health innovation.

In July 2025, we had the distinct privilege to embarking on an insightful study trip to Lisbon, Portugal. This event was a key part of the University and Research Leadership Forum initiative on place-making innovation.

The GFCC and its member, Lockheed Martin Corporation, will host two online events focused on the resilience of critical infrastructures, both physical and digital.

Global leaders gathered at Aston University to explore university-led innovation and socio-economic change.

GIS 2024, hosted by Queen's University Belfast, united leaders to explore economic growth, social inclusion, and sustainability under the theme "Accelerating Global Sustainability and Economic Inclusion."

The GFCC and its sister organization, the Council on Competitiveness, will lead an Innovation Arena during COP 28 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on December 6.
