Building on a long-standing partnership, The GFCC convened a high-level panel to explore the power of partnerships and the importance of working together to advance frontiers of economic prosperity, national security, and the overall well-being of the world at the 10th edition of the Delphi Economic Forum (DEF), held between April 9–12 in Greece

This special anniversary edition of the Forum invited participants to reflect on a decade of profound transformation —driven by technological advancement and the disruption of traditional systems of work, production, and social interaction.

GFCC President and Founder, Deborah L. Wince-Smith, moderated the panel discussion featuring Joan Gabel, Chancellor, University of Pittsburgh; Charles Kiefel, CEO & Founder, The Principals Funds Management, and Founder & Co-Chair, Australian Advisory Board on Competitiveness; Christos Megalou, CEO, Piraeus Bank; and Chad Evans, EVP and COO, Council on Competitiveness, and Treasurer, GFCC.

Panelists underscored the urgent need to build multistakeholder partnerships that can respond to rapid technological change and evolving international dynamics. Discussions also focused on how global trade policies and tariffs are reshaping the economic landscape, and how research universities can serve as conveners—bringing together governments, industry, and civil society to advance innovation.
