Building on the GFCC 2024 Call to Action, "Achieving a Sustainable Future for All," the Commit to Action series provides key strategies for stakeholders to advance their economies and societies sustainably and inclusively. It explores each of the 10 Priority Action Areas (PAAs): natural resources, energy, infrastructure, consumption and production, well-being, skills, R&D, governance and management, investment and mindset.

 

The series provides practical guidance, actionable recommendations, inspiring examples, and available sources of information to help address global and local sustainability challenges, ensuring economic growth and social inclusion for all. 

 

These PAAs are aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), providing a common framework for action. This empowers governments, private organizations, universities and civil society to contribute to the SDGs. Each article, co-authored by GFCC and its members and fellows, offers expert insights.
