We are pleased to welcome Dr. Frank-Jürgen Richter, Tan Sri Dr. Ir. Ahmad Tajuddin Ali, Dr. Nkem Khumbah and Mr. Yanos Gramatidis to the team as GFCC fellows.
Frank-Jürgen Richter is the Chairman of Horasis – a global visions community dedicated to inspiring our future. Horasis is using its unrivalled history of partnership with corporations from emerging markets to create a powerful platform for cooperation between emerging and developed markets.
Ahmad Tajuddin Ali was appointed as Joint-Chairman (Industry) of the Malaysian Industry Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT) on 17 November 2009. Dr. Tajuddin was previously the President of the Academy of Sciences Malaysia, the Director-General of Standards and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM), then the Executive Chairman of the national power company, Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), Chairman of Gas Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Energy Commission of Malaysia and later PLUS Expressways International Berhad.
Yanos Gramatidis is the CEO of Justitia Advisory Limited in Nicosia, Cyprus. Justitia is a strategy advisor for privatisation, PPPs, energy, M&As, complex corporate and commercial transactions, banking, and securities. In addition to his position at Justitia, Mr. Gramatidis is the Honorary President of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce. As an accomplished lawyer, he is a Visiting Professor at the Center of International Legal Studies, and was admitted to the Athens Bar in 1977.
Nkem Khumbah is a lecturer and member of the STEM-Africa Initiative at the University of Michigan. He holds a Doctorate degree from George Mason University. Prior to joining the faculty of the University of Michigan, Khumbah was an Assistant Professor of mathematics at North Georgia College and State University.
