Mark Esposito
Senior Fellow
Dr. Mark Esposito is a socio-economic strategist and bestselling author, researching the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Global Shifts. He works at the interface between Business, Technology and Government and co-founded Nexus FrontierTech, an Artificial Intelligence company and the Circular Economy Alliance, an EdTech company.
He has worked as Professor of Business and Economics at Hult International Business School since 2012 and currently serves as Clinical Professor at Arizona State University’s Thunderbird Global School of Management where he oversees the 4IR Initiative.
Since 2011 he has been equally a faculty member at Harvard University’s Division of Continuing Education. He served as Institutes Council Co-Leader, at the Microeconomics of Competitiveness program (MOC) at the Institute of Strategy and Competitiveness, at Harvard Business School under the mentorship of Professor Michael E. Porter and he is Fellow at a number of Competitiveness Institutes around the world.
He is an advisor to the Prime Minister Office in the UAE and a Policy Fellow at UCL’s Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose. He is a Senior Advisor to the Ideation Center of Strategy& at PwC in Dubai and a Distinguished Fellow in the UNESCO Chair in Future Literacy of Finance. He has authored/co-authored over 150 publications, 11 books, among which 2 Amazon bestsellers: Understanding how the Future Unfolds (2017) and The AI Republic (2019).
His next books are: “The Emerging Economies under the Dome of the Fourth Industrial Revolution” with Dr. Amit Kapoor, to be published by Cambridge University Press in June 2022 and “The Great Remobilization: Designing A Smarter World” with Dr. Olaf Groth and Dr. Terence Tse, to be published in early 2023 by MIT University Press.
He holds a Doctoral Degree in Business and Economics from Ecole des Ponts Paris Tech, one of France’s most prestigious Grande Ecole.
