Australia Joins GFCC as Sustaining Member & Member of the Board
The GFCC is honored to welcome Australia as its newest Sustaining Member & Member of the Board. Australia will be represented in the GFCC by the Australian Advisory Board on Technology and Healthcare Competitiveness, and the Australian Department of Industry, Innovation and Science.
The Australian Advisory Board on Technology and Healthcare Competitiveness was established in 2018 by the Australian Government in collaboration with the United States to foster innovation in the combined fields of technology and healthcare. The United States and Australia have long enjoyed a close relationship, and the formation of the Advisory Board represents a first-of-its-kind alliance focused on technology and healthcare between two nations. The Advisory Board was created through partnership with GFCC founding member, the Council on Competitiveness, and is Co-Chaired by GFCC Distinguished Fellow Charles Kiefel OAM, who also serves as Chairman of The Principals Funds Management Pty Ltd.
